Information we collect
Our property-owner enquiry form may collect your name, telephone number, email address, town or area, property type, intention to sell or rent, property description and any additional information you choose to provide. Technical information needed for form operation and security may also be processed.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the information to respond to enquiries, assess requests, discuss a potential sale or rental and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where specific processing requires consent, we will request it separately. We will not use this form for marketing communications without a separate lawful basis.
Recipients and international transfers
Form submissions are transmitted through the third-party FormSubmit service to ALMAHOME email hosted by Google/Gmail. These providers may process data in delivering their services. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate GDPR safeguards must apply. FormSubmit and Google processing terms, locations and safeguards should be verified before full launch.
Retention
We retain enquiries only as long as necessary to respond and manage discussions. If a contract is entered into, relevant statutory retention periods may apply. Specific internal deletion periods must be set before full launch.
